Red Hat Chemo Cap

These patterns and instructions were created for the Chemo Cap program of the Craft Gym in San Francisco. The idea for making the hat red was inspired the Red Hat Society, an national organization of women over 50 (and under too) greeting middle age with verve, humor and élan, RedHatSociety.com

The hat making instructions were originally written for the Gaucho Hat of my "Bolero and Skort" patterns for the 1/4 fashion dolls. The Red Hat patterns included here are designed for someone with a head circumference of 22". For larger of smaller heads, the patterns will need to be adjusted.
